Synopsis
When a newly appointed governor arrives, he discovers his province crushed under the iron rule of the corrupt Colonel Huerta. To stay alive, he deliberately cultivates a façade of weakness and indecision, lulling Huerta into believing he is no threat — while secretly assuming the guise of the masked avenger Zorro.
