Synopsis

Honnouji Academy is gripped by the iron rule of its student council, commanded with relentless authority by Satsuki Kiryuin. Transfer student Ryuko Matoi appears on campus wielding a gigantic blade—the severed half of a colossal pair of scissors—driven by a single purpose: to find the woman who killed her father and possesses the matching blade.
