Synopsis
A strange condition called Puberty Syndrome seems to target only adolescents, producing uncanny and inexplicable phenomena. One night, Sakuta Azusagawa crosses paths with a girl in a bunny outfit—Mai Sakurajima, a famous teen now withdrawn from public life and posing as an ordinary high‑school senior. Oddly, people fail to register her presence, as if her charm has been erased from everyone else’s eyes. As Sakuta digs into the truth behind these incidents, he grows closer to Mai and becomes entangled in a series of surreal encounters with other young women affected by the same mystery. In a city where the sea and sky gleam, he must uncover what binds these events together and what they mean for adolescence, identity, and human connection.
