Synopsis
A boy and his younger sister discover their dog Papadoll has disappeared and soon learn he’s been kidnapped by a society of catlike humanoids and taken to Banapal Witt, a strange realm perched atop a gargantuan, sleeping cat. Under that world's peculiar sun Papadoll is transformed into a monstrous, towering creature who becomes both the cherished pet and living weapon of a pampered princess whose touch turns everything into balloons. She plots to use Papadoll and a gigantic inflatable mouse to manipulate the slumbering beast—and with it seize control of Banapal Witt.
