Synopsis
By 1957, James Whale — the once-celebrated director behind landmark horror pictures like Frankenstein, Bride of Frankenstein and The Invisible Man — has retreated from public life. Now retired and living largely in solitude, he drifts through his days amid keepsakes and memories of former glories.
