Luke and Lucy: The Texas Rangers

Synopsis

Dark City, Texas, is under the iron rule of a ruthless outlaw, Jim Parasite, who runs an illegal whiskey operation and dreams of becoming the biggest name in the trade. To achieve his ambition he has invented a mysterious powder that can shrink anyone down to pocket size. When the local Texas Rangers, led by the courageous Ranger Tom, move in to shut him down, they are lured into a trap and reduced to miniature prisoners—sealed inside whiskey bottles. During a chaotic escape, the bottle containing Ranger Tom is packed into a crate bound for Belgium and handed off to Lambik by Theofiel Boomerang. Back home, Suske, Wiske, Aunt Sidonia, Lambik, Jerom, and Professor Barabas learn of Tom’s fate and set out to rescue him: Barabas will attempt to restore Tom to full size while the others travel to Dark City to confront Jim Parasite and bring his illicit empire to an end.
