Synopsis
Young Marcel Pagnol is unhappy when his family leaves their beloved hilltop summer home and returns to their apartment in Marseille. Determined to get back, Marcel sets out on the long walk to the cottage and soon finds himself in a scrape. Later his father uncovers a hidden path that cuts through private land; despite worries about trespassing, the family begins using the secret trail to reach their retreat.
