Synopsis

Captain Rameses, commander of the Winged Serpent Brigade, aims to claim Earth as a sanctuary for his dying race. Opposing him is the League of Races, an extraterrestrial peacekeeping patrol based in the Bermuda Triangle, which warns that seizing a populated world breaches long-standing galactic treaties.
