Synopsis
Facing critical delays on his African railway, Sir Robert Beaumont recruits renowned engineer John Henry Patterson to salvage the project. At first the work picks up, but the crew soon discovers the gruesomely mangled body of the foreman, apparently the victim of a lion attack. As the assaults continue and fear spreads, Patterson calls on celebrated hunter Charles Remington, only to find Remington pitted against a pride of predators more vicious and elusive than any he has ever tracked.
