Is the TV show Robotech available on Netflix, Disney+, Prime or Apple TV+?
At Stream Tracker, we keep tabs on where to watch both new hits and cult classics — and few shows are as influential in Western anime fandom as Robotech (1985). An 85-episode fusion of three separate Japanese series (aired in 1985), Robotech builds its world around the discovery of Robotechnology from a crashed alien starship in the South Pacific, and follows humanity as it fields Veritech fighters, the SDF-1 and other mecha to face three successive extraterrestrial invasions (the Macross Saga, the Robotech Masters and the New Generation). Robotech never racked up major mainstream awards, but its impact on 1980s fandom and its long-running cult status are undeniable. In this article we’ll check the current streaming status — whether you can find Robotech on Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video or AppleTV+ — and how to catch those classic battles against the Zentraedi and the Invid.
