Synopsis

An animated show from Hanna-Barbera, The Snorks originally aired on NBC from September 15, 1984, to May 13, 1989. Although it never reached the same level of fame as The Smurfs, the series lived on in reruns: it was part of The Funtastic World of Hanna-Barbera's third-season syndication block from 1986 to 1989, appeared on USA Network in the late 1980s and early 1990s, was broadcast on the BBC in the late 1990s, and returned to circulation on Boomerang from 2009–2011 and again from 2012 onward.
