Is the TV show Unorthodox available on Netflix, Disney+, Prime or Apple TV+?
Unorthodox (2020) follows a young Hasidic woman who flees an arranged marriage in Brooklyn for the uncertain freedom of Berlin, a journey told through Yiddish, synagogue rites and a soundtrack that often feels like a bridge between two worlds. As a Netflix original miniseries, Unorthodox is available to stream on Netflix (regional availability may vary) and does not stream on Disney+, Prime Video or AppleTV+. The show earned broad critical acclaim—especially for Shira Haas’s performance—and received international awards and nominations for its intimate, music‑tinged depiction of escape, identity and faith. In this article we’ll detail where and how you can watch it, and explain the regional quirks that can affect access.
