Synopsis
When a devastating loss forces kung fu prodigy Li Fong and his mother to leave Beijing for New York City, Li struggles to adapt to his new life. When a friend is put in danger, Li enters a karate tournament to defend him—but his traditional kung fu techniques aren’t enough against the competition. Li’s master, Mr. Han, asks former champion Daniel LaRusso to help, and together they teach Li how to combine the two fighting traditions into a single, inventive style for a high-stakes martial arts finale.
