Synopsis
By 2033, a comet has upended Earth's climate, halting the rains and turning the planet into a harsh, sun-scorched wasteland. In this new world, Kesslee—the iron-fisted head of the Water & Power Corporation and the de facto ruler—holds a chokehold on the planet’s dwindling water supply. Refusing to submit to his oppressive rule, rebel outlaws Tank Girl and Jet Girl forge an uneasy alliance with a mysterious insurgent group called the Rippers, launching a reckless campaign to topple the corrupt regime and wrest control of the future from Kesslee’s grasp.
