Synopsis
In the spring of 2022, Masha readies herself to depart a homeland that has become unrecognizable. A string of sudden farewells follows: her mother dies of cancer, her lover flees to avoid conscription, and even the person she used to be starts to fall apart. She copes by obsessively recording everything with her camera, trying to pin down moments of loss and change. Guided by anger, she withdraws into the city's underground scene—an inward exile that has become a refuge for young Russians.
