Synopsis

La tempestad is a Mexican telenovela produced for Televisa by Salvador Mejía Alejandre. Loosely adapted from the Colombian series La Tormenta, which was developed by RTI Colombia for Telemundo and Caracol TV, the show features William Levy and Ximena Navarrete in the lead roles. Iván Sánchez, Laura Carmine, Mariana Seoane, Cesar Evora and Manuel Ojeda portray the principal antagonists, and Daniela Romo is also confirmed among the cast. Jessica Coch and Adriana Louvier had originally been announced for an antagonist role before casting changes were made.
