Synopsis
Determined to track down a mysterious shark that killed one of his crew, famed oceanographer Steve Zissou embarks on a vengeful sea voyage. Alongside his regular team he takes aboard Ned, a young man convinced Zissou is his father, and Jane, a reporter who is pregnant with the child of a married man. As they crisscross the ocean, they clash with pirates and are repeatedly confronted by figures from Zissou’s past, including his estranged wife, Eleanor.
